We had a horrible experience with AAA. It took 3 liners before they installed one that held. We emptied and refilled the pool 3x’s. Their installer removed the sand from the filter and also broke the filter. He guaranteed he would be back in the spring to open the pool, but refuses to answer his phone. AAA now says that they no longer open pools. We are stuck with a broken filter needing a $150 part. RUN from AAA.

I called AAA Liner Replacements for an estimate on my pool liner. They gave me a price that shot all of the other prices in the area out of the water.

There was no hesitation in their voice to explain the steps.

Finally, they got me on their schedule for later in the week and now I am waiting for it to warm up just a tad before diving in.

took my old liner out after the water was pumped out. installed the new one, came back when it was half way filled for the hole for the skimmer and then I filled it the rest of the way up. installation as quick and no hassle to me. introduced themselves were very polite and cleaned the yard so there was no debris or loose ends hanging out in my yard. very professional and prices were affordable.

AAA Liner Replacements is hands down the best pool company in the area. I will not let anyone else touch my pool ever again. Last summer I had some person who claimed to be a "professional" pool liner installer I found on a website come out to my home...he did an estimate...although a bit pricey, I agreed. stupidity on my part. he had NO idea what he was doing and completely jacked my pool liner up. and in the end took my money. awesome right?



So here I am in the middle of summer with three kids who cannot go out and swim in their pool at their own home because some dummy messed it up.



AAA Liner was empathetic to my situation and was able to squeeze me into their schedule. Luckily, their prices did not break the bank after already having to pay the other previously mentioned person...ugh...



anyways, they did a great job and I am happy to say the pool has held up well over the winter. thank you aaa for helping me out in a time of disparity.

wonderful experience getting my pool closed last September.had a different company do it previously and their prices were astronomical after seeing what work they actually put into closing the pool, but I wanted it done correctly. aaa liner did the work for less money and I liked their family style business model wayyyy more.they care about their customers unlike bigger companies that are always working against the people who are struggling financially and they just want to get as much money out of us as they can into their pockets. anyways, I feel like they had more compassion for the job than the last company I used. I appreciate their hard work ethic.

Had a tree knock over my entire pool and I had to wait to hear from the insurance to get it taken care of.Called AAA this morning and got a call back right away.They are hopping on top of fixing everything so my new pool will be in tip top shape when summer rolls around.Do not have to pay them until the job is complete and I am satisfied.Very reliable company.

They did not charge for things I did not need. They did not treat me like I was stupid or ignorant about about my pool.. Did not charge me up front either which is very trusting on their part. I was able to be at work while they did the job so I did not have to lose money towards my paycheck that week either.

I truly thought I could do the pool liner install myself, I was sure wrong on that idea. I ruined the first liner I purchased from American sales because I put it in all crooked. I wasted more money than I would ever want to dream possible on a stupid pool. I wasn't very happy about that. I had to purchase a new liner. I decided to purchase through aaa liner. They did the install - correctly might I add - price was way worth it compared to my frustration level trying to do it myself and failing miserably.

Customer service is above par compared to anyone I have previously dealt with for my pool. Ex-husband was the one who took care of this type of crap, but now I am in charge of all the house work type deals.



they made it simple and easy to get ahold of them, get a price and followed up with me so I knew when to expect them and what was going on at all times. wonderful overall. appreciate that they helped make it simple for me.

Treated myself to buying a pool this year because I saved up the money since we purchased our new home two years ago. Never had a pool before, I was clueless. I was nervous, but excited...The company I hired for the liner was this one. they taught me so many things I would have never though of being a first time pool owner. but now I feel confident I can take care of the pool and enjoy it all summer long.

Every person I came into contact with was pleasant and helpful. weather it was over the phone or in person, male or female, all were wonderful. that is the first battle of having a company do work at your job...

I am pleased with the work they did on my pool and with how well they went about everything.

I love swimming as my workout in the summers because I cannot do it all year round. My pool is a 16x32 oval pool. AAA has serviced my pool since we moved up north about 15 years ago. If there was ever issues someone was always on the phone with me helping me solve the issue or out the next day to take care of it. I never felt alone or without help.

Terrific customer service representatives who answer the phone and give out the quotes. I was able to receive my personalized quote in a matter of 20 minutes from calling them during their high volume call period. They were kind enough to offer me a winter cover at no charge along with my installation. They used their new 3D Castle rock pattern that was suggested to me by Dave. It was one of the best patterns I saw on their website as well.

we knew we needed a new liner about a year or two ago, we just waited to see how long the patch would hold out for. this year, it did not want to hold any longer. aaa gave us the best price suitable for our budget. they were able to come before our memorial day weekend party. everything was done and perfect days before the party. no worries to be had! just the way I like it.

Came and did a two step process to complete my installation. They really do know what they are doing. Talked it through step by step on the phone before I booked with them. Didn't make me pay anything until after they were completely done. The pool looks beautiful with their stoney pattern.

Factoring in all of the elements that my pool undertakes due to the Illinois area we live in, our pool takes a beating. I did not have to replace my last liner for 12 years...bought a liner for cheap online and I paid for it in the end. Should have just put a little money into it to get more than 1.5 years out of it. I was...mad...to say the least. Called up AAA and they got me a new install right away. Did a great job and I cannot complain about a single thing.

just set up a date to get my pool liner taken out and a new one installed. polite, explanatory and kind to someone who does not know much about pools or liners. gave me a great price with tons of information and were very helpful.

Always have new products to choose from each time you check in with them. Always up to date on the best ways to do their job and do it well. Great group of people working there, wouldn't ever ask anyoe else to touch my pool/.

Stands behind their workers and their product. Listens to the concerns of the customer. Never degrades or downgrades any question. being a pool owner for only 11 years I still have yet to have had an experience of replacing my liner until now and I was not looking forward to it, but they made it simple and easy with little stress on my part.
