Does anyone care when there is a beetle in my coffee after dinner and I feel sick after drinking it and spitting it out. No one at Argentine Bistro in Crestview Hills seems to care. They took 10 bucks off a 70.00 bill told me to call the manager tomorrow if I wanted to know more. How does a restaurant stay in business with that kind of product and that kind of customer service.



I'd like to know what the industry norm for service to a customer is when this happens. I expected a bigger reduction and gift cards to come back and make it right. Is the standard for a disgusting end to a meal 10 bucks and "see you later?"

We really liked this restaurant. It's clean, well decorated and the food is memorable. We had tapas and every plate was exceptional. I especially liked the bruscetta and the hanger steak.



Our service was incredibly bad - I seriously think our server was drinking. She kept going behind the bar and she only had one other table. I'm not sure what she was doing back there. We saw the table next to us get excellent service so it was just our bad luck. Watch out for a tall pixie hairstyled brunette with brown eyes. She's a big old hot mess. I wouldn't let that stop you from enjoying a great meal at this unique restaurant.
