These Owners may be big on muscle...but empty on ethics . They were unethical because right after joining,they put all of the indoor thermostats to a higher uncomfortable setting after specifically telling me 'they are kept at 73 f. all the time' ; they lied by saying that 'a few of the members complained it was too chilly in there (when working out)'---- the real reason is to save on their electrical bill at the expense of their clients wellbeing . After i respectfully reminded them what i was told prior to joining about the 73 f, they took offense and cancelled my monthly membership after the first month. So this cost me the $60 initial signup fee plus the $40 monthly fee.
