I lived here for 2.5 years. The place of my employment was laying off alot of people, I chose to find another job that was closer to family, so i moved out of state and had to break my lease. I had been in the hospital 2x this year for a collapsed lung and had alot of medical bills i was paying. The apartments have a 2 month penalty for moving out early, which I understand. I explained to them about my medical bills and that I would have to make payments, management, not to exclude the actual owner, were going to charge me a finance charge. So two months of free rent on an apartment was not good enough, they wanted more. So I made other arrangements to just pay it outright. In the midst of negotiation regarding this, I asked for the property owners information so that I could talk to them personally and explain my situation. The property managers exact words were "I'm not going to give you that, I am what you get". So, if you have any morals, and are against the rising greed in this country, find another place to live. I will never rent here or any affiliation of the property owner because he is a greedy a$$hole. Not to mention the walls are paper thin and the landscapers blow dirt and debris all over your vehicle with no help from property management.

They have so much Bugs in the apartments. The people who work there are rude and not nice.
