Provided by SuperpagesPoor customer service at this store. Rented a drain cleaner machine. Got it home and the coil sheath which holds the cable had two kinks in it so it was impossible to use. Took it back and they exchanged it. Two weeks later my friend rented the same machine and it was not fixed. Why would you keep putting out a machine for rent when it can't be used?
