CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT BEST QUALITY

I am begging for your help. I have requested for Skip to call numerous times, but the new lady working at the storage unit leaves a lot to be desired as a working professional. I am renting unit F134 and have been for about 2years. I fell behind one payment about 1 ½ years ago and because my husband has not been employed (due to county cutbacks) have not able to catch up. I did keep in contact with the previous managers and was told as long as I did not fall more than one month behind that would be okay. I have paid every month since then. I am now getting late fees, preliminary notice fees and my balance keeps going up. I have tried talking to the new manager, but was told she is boss and the previous arrangements do not matter to her. My balance two weeks ago was listed as $129.00, I made a $50.00 payment and today my balance is $135.00 and a lock was put on my unit. I tried to call the manager today to see about getting some things out for Savannah (we were surprised the unit was locked), she yelled at me, said the inventory in the unit is being sold and hung up on me. I am hoping to keep my business at your storage facility, but am finding it difficult due to the unprofessional and “I am boss” attitude of the new manager. Please ask Skip to go over my records personally and he will see I have been paying every month. I am baffled that the unit is locked when I kept my end of the agreement with the company.
