Never have I been treated so poorly! I brought my daughters northface jacket in. It's in great shape, only won a few times. There was 1 small mark and the girl didn't even look at it, just told me to launder it and come back. I took it to the car and a baby wipe took it off!!!! Wow! I won't be back. Actually I will ONLY go to the Bolingbrook location after the way I was treated so rudely.

I'm currently in the store as I'm writing this review, as there are 6 employees behind the counter only one of them is working while the others are chatting up. They indicated it would be 20 min to review my items, I've walked the entire store about 5 times & 45 min later my items have yet to be looked at. This is only my 2nd time here within a 3 yr period so I'm not sure if the current worker are not interested in working or if I just came at a bad time. Need to improve on the turn around time for items, if you tell a customer one thing you should stick with that, rather then them having to wait longer
