Sunday Buffet: Nice ambiance. Pleasant/attentive wait staff. Nice variety on buffet, but poorly lit. Bowtie salad was good had an interesting smokey flavor, deep fried broccoli nice but breading needed something to make it pop, eggplant w/mozz ok but not much flavor. Ziti was overcooked, mushy. Ham was good, thicker slices were a bit dry, nice sauce. Meatball was ok, nothing special. Veggies were overcooked and not much flavor.

Bread was average and served cold, warm would have been better. Dipping sauce was good. Would have been nice to have butter too. It was hard to use the dipping sauce as there was no spoon or ladle so it was too messy.

Orrechette with meat sauce. Pasta a tad bit overcooked. Meat sauce was disappointing. Needed salt at the very least but would have benefited from some oregano or something to give it a punch of flavor. Fettucine was perfectly al dente. Alfredo sauce good, not great.

Desserts: fruit with balsamic sauce was too heavy on balsamic, but definitely interesting. Lemon meringue ok, nothing special. Cheesecake was weird texture, kind of mealy, not much flavor. Tiramisu was unrecognizable, looked like bread pudding. Taste was average, a bit too heavy on coffee flavor.

Overall experience was a disappointment and at that price not something I’d do again. The service was excellent but not enough to make up for pricey bland food.
