I would not send a sick animal here. I was told twice that I did not need to be seen. It was only after I insisted that I was seen the first time. Ms Russell’s medical assistant is so rude that she should not be allowed to work with the public. I left in tears with no where to turn. They are a disgrace.

This place is very hard to reach via telephone, and they take forever to return your phone calls. If you need "urgent care" during after hours, don't count on a return call. You end up having to go to the ER to get meds refilled (not pain meds either, lifesaving meds).

CAUTION:

These people tell untruths! and...when they tell you something you may want to get it in writing instead of depending on their word. If you don't, you might be very disappointed. They laid someone off . This person was quiet and did not get involved with Gossip and Lies. They hired someone in this persons' position, behind their back, and gave them a 1 week notice. Severance pay was promised by the Office Manager. The new hiree never showed and Severance pay was never given to the already experienced employee that had been laid off for no good reason! Apparently the Doctor who owns this establishment was never told about the disrespectful "1 week notice", and the promise to pay SEVERANCE PAY. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
