I called around 6 pm (local 850 area code), spoke to a nice female, provided my address, and was told a technician would call. The technician called promptly (from a 916 California area code) estimating a 45 minute wait. The female called back, quoted a price of $160 to unlock an exterior door, and needed a credit card for the file. My last call was from a completely different number (855) apologizing for the technician running late and it would be another 45 minutes. After another two hours, no call, no technician, and my husband and I finally managed to get the door open ourselves by damaging the door frame. The company charged the $65 non refundable service fee though.
