The absolute worst place I've ever been to look for a place to rent! The lady cussed me, my dad, and my husband out for even asking if we could negotiate a price on the rent before we decided to take the house. I would have taken the set amount, but from the very get go she decided that I was the "most stupid person she had ever met" because I wanted to negotiate. I thought that smart consumers negotiated.... I guess I was wrong. I don't recomend ANYONE to go there unless they want to get treated like they are lower than dirt.
