Scott exceeded all expectations. A large tree fell on our patio and crushed our new table, chairs and umbrella. We contacted Northeastern Tree service. Scott arrived within 24 hrs for a quote. We explained that we had tenants moving in within 48 hours and were concerned with their reluctance to move in and asking for a discount on their rent payment. Scott cut the tree in three places for us. He called his colleague to remove the tree from the property. The tree was removed from the property within the half hour. Scott removed all of the unnecessary anxiety and problems that could of occurred if the tree was not removed from the property. Thank you Scott!!

We had a TERRIBLE experience with Northeastern Tree Service. We called to request pruning of two trees and stump removal several months ago. Though they came to provide an estimate within a week of our initial phone call, it was nearly another month before a crew came to do the work. Our phone calls as we attempted to schedule the work went unreturned 4-5 times. When we finally connected and set up a date, we requested a phone call when the crew was en route so that my husband or I could leave work to be present. We were never called, and we returned home to find that in addition to the two trees we asked to have pruned, they had taken all but one of the limbs off of our lovely Eastern Redbud sapling, planted to commemorate my son's birth 3 years ago. It looked like the branches were accidentally damaged, then hacked off. And the stump out front was not removed. We called multiple times over the next week, and no manager returned our call until nearly two weeks later. When the manager finally came to inspect the damage, he agreed that the sapling had been damaged and that it probably wouldn't survive the winter. He offered to treat the open cuts and replace our tree with the same species and size, and said he would do it that week. Three weeks later, we're still waiting for him to make good on that promise... and still aren't getting our phone calls returned. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a service provider!!

North Eastern happened to be taking down 2 trees at my neighbors home which were damaged in a semi-tornado. My trees did not fall but i was very worried about some large limbs over my driveway and garage. i walked right over and spoke to a foreman, who had another crew show up in 1 hour. Job well done. They are also coming back to spray for ticks in my yard.

North Eastern Tree Service has the BEST prices around. I live in MA and they were still willing to come all the way out here AND still offer me great prices!!

I was very impressed with the incredible machinery used by netree to remove 10 large dangerous trees over my house and yard. A job i thought would take 2-3 days was completed in 5-6 hours. GREAT JOB!

We have a summer home in newport that has been in are family for generations. In our front yard we have a giant beech tree. I can remember climbing and playing in it when i was a boy. Two years ago it started to take a turn for the worst. We had mulitiple tree companies come and tell us there was no hope. North eastern tree had two certified arborist come out, and they said with no doubt they could save it. Today the tree is looking better than ever.

I heard about NE Tree from a neighbor of mine. They answered the phone, showed up on time, gave me a reasonable price, and left the yard looking better than before they came.
