This company is simply terrible! I made a reservation more than a week in advance for moving help. I called two times to confirm and on the morning of the move, I get notified that they may arrive an hour late. I called them 20 minutes past my reservation and they said that I should expect them between 2-4 hours past my reservation. 3 hours past my reservation, I spoke to the manager of this company who seemed understanding and said he could work on compensation. 3.5 hours later, a staff from the company called me and told me that they aren't coming because they didn't know when their men are going to return and they couldn't give me any form of compensation. The manager had "left" for the day. This company was very irresponsible and didn't seem apologetic. They never came. And they waited 3.5 hours to tell me that they weren't coming. Never use this company.

Consumers Moving was terrific. By far the best rates I could find, great service, did the move extremely quickly, made an extra stop for me, put everything where I wanted, moved stuff around. Even charged 2:45 as opposed to a full 3 hours as most would. They were great and I'll definitely use them again.
