Pool City is great place for all your pool needs and supplies. Staff very helpful. My wife and I had to replace our pool liner and we had the help of Kimberly in getting all the parts we needed, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She had suggestions that came to be very helpful. This year had to replace filter and Kimberly was there to help us out thanks

We went to Pool City in Cranberry Township to buy our first pool. Kim was extremely knowledgeable on the products and took the time to explain to us what would work best for our yard. She was upfront about all costs and miscellaneous expenses associated with a swimming pool purchase. The prices were better than their competitors and the service was second to none.

Pool City took care of all of our needs for our bar and I will definitely be shopping there again in the future.

Purchased a Fire Pit Table from the Cranberry Twp Pool City store. I'm very pleased with my purchase. The manager that I worked with (Guy) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience.

Overall, the purchase of my pool was an excellent experience. The sales person at Pool City was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about upcoming excavation and installation. The proper documentation for the pool was supplied quickly for permitting purposes.

My experience with pool city is great, they have all the things that my mom and I need, almost they have good pool toys and always have everything we need there, they also have very nice people who help you to find what you need, we love kimi!!!! ❤️

We just recently purchased a pool from Pool City in Cranberry. The staff was very helpful and Guy was willing to answer all of our questions - and we had a ton - about the pool, the install, etc. The pool seems to be of good quality and we have definitely been pleased with our service. When questions arise, Guy is always available to help.



We have not yet had our pool installed, but are anticipating a positive experience.

Hey guys...we bought an air hockey table for Christmas. The staff was very helpful with our questions but more important was the pickup. We showed up a few minutes after the store was closed-we happened to see them locking the door. We asked if we could still make the pickup as it was already paid for- he gladly made a phone call to the back of the store and they opened the doors back up for us to grab the table. That doesn't always happen in today's world! Thanks again to whoever it was that made the call! The table is awesome but it does have one flaw-that is the only reason for the 4 stars. I will certainly update after it is resolved. Thanks guys.

Purchased a new Hot Tub Cover and Cover Lift from Pool City in Cranberry. Manage did the sale, ordered the wrong cover which took 6 weeks to get, then when the right one came the delivery/installers told me they didn't have the correct tools to install it (it takes a drill and screw driver, who doesn't have those tools?), and never came back or called. I am going to get more money back from my purchase and will not buy anything from them again.

3rd season with our very first pool. The people in this store are the absolute best. They have answered and helped us with every question we ever had, They know us as soon as we walk in and guide us to whatever we need. I would not go anywhere else.

Wonderful experience during my last visit (early May 2014). The store has been totally rearranged and the selection in the outdoor furniture department in the home entertainment area looks to be upgraded and nicely arranged. The pool and spa supplies are easy to find and the staff was eager to help. Great experience
