We have gone to this restaurant numerous times for their lunch buffet and it has been pretty good until our last visit. We arrive at 12:45 (buffet ends at 2 p.m.) and there was enough ham bbq for 1 sandwich and 1 rib left on the the buffet. These 2 items were never replenished after they were gone. I would understand this if it were close to 2 o'clock but it wasn't. The wings (which are usually a decent size) were tiny and dry so we didn't go back for seconds. We ended up eating baked chicken, which was fairly good; but we go there specifically for their wings. When I got home, I sent a message to their website asking them to contact us but they never responded. Apparently they don't want to talk to customers who have a bad experience. I don't know if or when we'll go back to this restaurant. There are too many restaurants in Cranberry to have to put up with terrible food and management that doesn't care about their customers.
