Brought my dog in for a serious emergency after another vet misdiagnosed her. Dr Mike saw my dog and quickly assessed the situation. She had to go immediately into surgery, Dr.Mike saved her life. He, and the whole staff were very caring and concerned and kept me updated while I nervously paced for hours. Dr. Mike came out and personally explained everything and gave me honest expectations in a meaningful way. He and his staff are very caring and interested in the work they do. My dog is alive and well because of the years of experience Dr Mike has and the care they put into their work. Very satisfied and will return to the clinic.

Very very rude front desk. I have had several bad experiences over the last 3 years. Based on the comments from the person who answered the phone, I am not the only one experiencing these problems. I pulled my cats from their practice last year because of the poor service. The bird, unfortunately, still needs to go to this practice.

Been going there for 10 yrs, last freaking time for me, please whatever you do, do not take bunnies, they do not know how to treat them, all they know, put the bunny down. i was treated rude, by a woman vet, so sad over my bunny and she was cold, heartless uncaring, didnt do one thing to help me, please Dr Wagner at VCA fox Charla is an rabbit expert, he saved her life again, i feel like turning them in for abuse of my feelings.
