Visited this Salon on July 14th 2016 (MY BIRTHDAY) & was my 1st visit. I honestly loved Heather & what I really loved the most was I didn't even have to tell her how to cut my hair, she was able to follow my hair cut to the "T" which I thought was actually pretty amazing considering I have been getting the same cut for wow years. I had surgery a yr. ago in July of 2015 and they had to shave my head in the back which was very depressing for me for the longest time cause my cut was actually longer in the back & that was the chunk the surgeon took off so my hair look a lot shorter than what it was & kinda took away from my original haircut. Anyways, all I told her was I'd like to go lighter and a cut & walked out lighter with the same cut I went in with! This to me was a plus in my book for not all stylists can follow someone else cut to the "T" I got what I paid for and this is another important factor when it comes to my hair, if I pay a good price I want to walk out looking that much better........TYVM Heather for making me feel comfortable & handling my hair as if it was yours. I will be back! Also, found out they do pedicures and actually much more so will be trying out their pedicures, etc. I am very pleased. My other salon from where I came from actually works on more than one person at a time. This I really dislike, I like to be fully focused on & not just feel like a "bill" to them. I felt 100% catered to with Heather. Oh BTW she is a new MOMMY! Congrats & best wishes. See you soon!

Alera Salon and Spa has the most professional and knowledgeable salon staff I've ever personally experienced. I 100% trust my stylists to advise me on the products, styles, and services that are right for me, especially given the relationships I have built with the people whom I see. The two women I see (Wendy for waxing, spray tanning, eyelash/brow tinting, etc.; Lauren for hair) know my personality and what works best for me. They're fun and friendly, but still professional and honest. When something isn't in their wheelhouse, they can recommend me to another person on staff who works in that area. From the owner to the stylists and salon managers, this is a top notch salon providing quality services and products.

I will recommend Alera to anyone and everyone looking for a new salon. The salon itself is very nice, neat and clean. My stylist is Randily and I can't say enough about her. I am probably the pickiest of the picky - and I LOVE her. I have gotten the best hair cuts from her. Not only can she cut hair - she's got a great personality and beautiful smile! 5 stars from me!!!

My hair was in really bad shape before I started getting it colored at this salon. The color that they use, and the attention to detail that they give my hair are unsurpassed! I owe my good hair days to this salon! I tell all my friends to go here. I find the prices to be right in line with the area, and the products are top notch. Also, as all of the other reviews state it is clean and beautiful inside.

One of my first visits was when I went here on my wedding day and received an amazing up-do and make-up application. I have received many mani/pedi's and all turned out amazing whether it was natural or gel polish. Waxing is quick and effective. Facials (especially ultra sound facial) not only feel amazing, but leave my problematic skin clearer. Spray tans leave skin looking naturally tan, no orange or streaks. Staff, including receptionists, have always been friendIy and helpful. I have never had a bad service here.

Just came in for a walk-in pedi. Great service, treated like a regular. LOVED

Hidden gem.......Never knew this was in the plaza that I always shop in!!! Great services, friendly staff......and VERY clean. Took my coat, offered a hot drink, very attentive, The hot towels are to die for!!

Came today for a groupon, had a wonderful experience. Great deal, very clean, satisfied.

Really friendly, fun and beautiful! Hair looked amazing and my brows have never been better shaped! Even the other clients and staff were friendly, you could tell everyone was having a great time, atmosphere was really upbeat and professional!! Hoping to get a gift card for my birthday!!

have recommended curt to my friends for his awesome massages. will never get a massage from anyone else. he is the best and the salon is top shelf.

All of the bridal party went here to get our hair done for a wedding. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US INCLUDING THE BRIDE took it out after we left. We told them over and over what we liked and wanted and it just didn't register. THERE WERE 5 DIFFERENT GIRLS DOING OUR HAIR and none of them did it right.Go somewhere else!!!

Came in after buying a groupon, I will now quit my old stylist!! This place is fantastic. So bright, clean and welcoming. I think I was asked three times if I needed a drink or anything else! The customer service and talented staff here are absolutely TOP NOTCH! Prices are a little higher for some services, but confident that you get what you pay for! Very classy staff, all stylish and dressed very well. Very Impressed

Seriously the best experience I have had getting my hair done in a LONG time! Very friendly front desk staff, and amazing stylist. Loved my total look, and the place is beautiful and classy! I will be back for spa treatments next :)

Just came in after purchasing a double take deal. What an amazing service, had a great relaxing shampoo with a warm towel, and my blow dry was beautiful! The place was busy and the staff was so friendly, hung up my coat.....served me a drink, and very clean!! I will return.

Just came in for a groupon deal, we drove from WV, and it was totally worth it! Staff and atmosphere were amazing, highly recommend!

I get the absolute BEST service at Alera Salon and Spa. I've had hair cuts, brow and bikini waxes, deep conditioning treatments, manis and pedis at Alera, and they've all been wonderful. The girls who work here are fun, classy, and down to earth. Plus the atmosphere is upscale without feeling stuffy. This is THE premier salon and spa in the Cranberry area.

Alera is Awesome! I visited the salon on Saturday for gel nails, a make up application and a fancy new style for fall. I couldn't have been more impressed. The staff at Alera were wonderful. The salon is beautiful and very clean! I left feeling pampered and beautiful. Thank you to the staff and my stylist, Taunya. Alera is exactly what I was looking for. I've already booked my next appointment!

Beautiful salon in a great location. Really feels clean and I feel pampered when I go there. Love getting highlights there too, they really last longer than other treatments I have had! Anne W.
