Provided by YPmobileDuring my visitaion to you store i witnessed your manager not following protocal while making my two buffalo chickens at 1:28pm on December 9th. Tongs were not used to grab my chicken, she used her hands to grab the food and the chicken wasnt even warm which indicates that the chicken it self has sat for more than 10 minutes. The consistency with dressing and lettece was un balanced. Yes the service was quick but lacked quality of product.
