There should be a rating of less than 1 for places like this. Don’t bother making an online appointment, they don’t pay attention to it. I made an appointment on Tuesday evening, showed up half an hour early, and was told that I had to reschedule. I asked for the earliest appointment on Thursday and was told 830am. Online, I made an appointment for 8am, so either I was lied to about the appointment time, or as I mentioned above, they online scheduling system is a waste of your time. This is the only business I’ve ever been to that is ALWAYS running behind. I dropped off my car for an oil change before and they hadn’t touched it in over 4 hours, and while I was sitting in the waiting room I could hear the manager on a conference call (speakerphone). They couldn’t figure out why all the stores in the Pittsburgh area missed revenue- here’s a clue, do oil changes in less than 4 hours. Go somewhere else.

First time at Pep Boys. VERY SATISFIED! Ralph at the service counter was well informed and very helpful. Returned calls promptly and called with recommendations of needed work.

Bob Kaminski in the shop is a definite treasure. A master mechanic, in my opinion. I will be getting all of my work done here in the future.
