I was having a property line dispute with my neighbor and needed the boundaries surveyed. Called them up and schedule a time for them to come out and mark the lines. They arrived at the agreed upon time and were very polite and professional. After a short time they were finished and gave me all the info i needed. I will use them again if i need survey work done.

These guys are extortionists.. I wish I read the review below before I have then my card number. They charged me 4 times what a survey should cost $1,000 to calculate the distance between property lines from their office and it took then 2 hours because they knew I was in a rush and they wanted to charge me another $250 to include the drawing and $80 an hour to type an email explaining how they arrived at their distance. Terrible customer service, the guy told me " you don't know what it takes to keep a business going." I've been in business 15 years and I know that extortion and bad customer service are definitely not the ways to keep business going. I told them to wait on their drawing and it turned out I didn't need it. When I called to let them know I didn't need it they charged me anyway with my. Resist card number that they kept on file? these guys are jerks and I will never use them again.
