I went in to this store for the first time in August, The merchandise they say can be delivered the "same day" is their floor merchandise. Most of it is shop worn and not in brand new condition. Why should anyone pay that price for damaged merchandise. The warehouse was full of damaged merchandise and I was brought there to look for dining chairs and no one could get me accurate pricing in a timely manner. Call me old fashioned ...I think merchandise for sale should be priced correctly. One of the women that was helping me flat out told her co-worker that I was "her Client" frankly I am horrified that that would happen directly in front of my face. No accounting for proffesionalism nowadays. I went back in to the Covington location again in late October and it was the same as it was before. The sales staff follows you around and seem to be almost fighting for the commision on your sale. I am guessing they are on commision. With their actions it is pretty obvious though. My best friend originally brought me there and the couch she bought it coming apart at the seams, also a piece of furniture that was ordered for her NEVER came in. Supposedly it was on a truck coming to the store for about 3 months!! What truck takes 3 months to get to a store. This was after the waiting period they told her she would have to wait. I think her order was never placed. So does she. I am not interested in their overpriced furniture and accesories when I can stay on the south shore and go to other stores and get the same things at cheaper prices, save gas, and I don't have to drive across that boring bridge.
DON'T BOTHER GOING!! WILL BE A WAIST OF YOUR MONEY!!!
