Make sure you record the phone conversation when you call to make an appointment. They will agree one time with you and change it to another time without your knowledge or consent. As a result, I missed my appointment.



Now going to another clinic as I don't trust a medical center that can't make an appointment correctly to effectively provide my medical care.

They are not very considerate of others. Do not be a minuet late or they will tell you to try again another time.

My husband is a patient of the most exceptional doctor that any clinic would be honored to have on it's staff.

The doctor's name is Dr. Timothy Riddell. Remember your grandma or grandpa talking about the doctor coming by the house on his way home? They were to sick to make the trip into town, so their doctor would make a trip out to the farm on his way home from work. You never hear these stories anymore. I wonder why. Well, I have a suprise for you! After seeing my husband in the office one day, Dr. Riddell was worried about my husband because he was looking really bad earlier that day. The family was watching tv later that evening when the telephone rang. It was Dr. Riddell! I could not believe my ears. But one of "today's doctors" actually called our home to find out if my husband was feeling better than he was earlier that day. Not only was Dr. Riddell concerned about my husband's health, he actually cared. You could tell the concern by the tone of his voice. I have since found that not only is Dr. Riddell a keeper. I have found the entire staff at Ochsner's Medical Center is a keeper. The staff is so ready to help you with any problem you have. If they can't help you then they will get someone that can help you with your needs. I am so glad that Ochsner's is a provider for my husbands insurance.
