Passing thru Covington when radiator blew. Found place on Google and had vehicle towed. Afterward I went back to website and read two negative reviews and freaked. Too late to do anything. My angst was somewhat relieved when I spoke to Joe who owns Northshore. He was able to replace radiator same day. He stayed until 6:30 that evening to complete the job. And then picked me up himself at my hotel. Three days later, I am still excited about the excellent customer service.

I've been having Joe at Norths...

I've been having Joe at Northshore Auto Repair work on my car for about 10 years and I've always had a great experience. While it can sometimes take a little longer than I'd like, Joe has always been honest about changes in time. He has been willing to come in early when I have to stop by before work which is great for my schedule. I just really love the family feel of the place too. I've met his wife and kids and it's obvious he cares about what he does. I have recommend at least three friends to Northshore Auto that have had great experiences as well.

Established in 1987. Northshore Auto Repair is a family owned and operated business. Founder, Joe Rusich, started his automotive repair shop in 1987 under the name of Mandeville Auto Repair. The business grew for a number of years but eventually outgrew its small location in Mandeville. Around 1999, Mandeville Auto Repair moved to Hwy 190 in Covington under the new name of Northshore Engine Exchange and Repair (now Northshore Auto Repair). Joe is still the owner and manager of the business and continues to expand.
