Over the past nine years, I have purchased the bulk of plants/trees from Inwood Gardens. Norman has always been pleasant and willing to assist even when he didn't have a tree I wanted, he would add it to his list and call me when it came in. Over the period of years, I've grown fond of Norman. He reminds me of Wilford Brimley on the tv series Our House. He may seem a little gruff at times, but you couldn't meet a nicer guy. The staff has always been polite, and personable. I hope the person who rated business below me, may consider that as we grow older, we all have some good days/some not so good. I happen to see the post because once again I am in need of a tree but missed calling during business hours. A phone call, prior to visit, might have avoided the issue. Especially since you had your landscaper with you. So sorry, you had a bad experience. I hope you will give Inwood Gardens another chance. No, I'm not family, just a lady who has grown quite fond of Norman and the products he offers at reasonable prices. God Bless, Barbara (the red head)

Owner is an as*h***. I have purchased over 1k from himover the last two, alot for me years and he has never been very polite. Today we show up to pick up 400 dollars worth of plants, we shoe up at 8am with my landscaper and the gate say hours 8am to 4 pm for saturdays. He rolls up and 8:45 am. We go in in say good morning and he ignores me and keeps walking. After witch we wait 15 minutes to be asked if they could help us. We pick up the plants and ask I think the owners name is norman, politely what time does the garden open because we came at 8am like the lady said yesterday. He states and I qoute I am the owner so if I want to sleep in then I sleep in if I want to come in early then I come in. Really why show hours of operations. Well never again there to many nice people around waste it on that rude sad excuse of a person and business. By the way I stopped by pretty trees just down the road. So many more trees so much bigger and nicer and oh yeah half the cost. Plus nice peole.
