I was so happy when I saw this store one time going to little Phillies. Then I meet the people, so nice, and ready to teach me things that I didn't know and when I got sicker (I'm disabled) I can call them to see if I could send my dad by could they get me .... Whatever I need they would get every thing ready and all my dad had to do is go by pay for it and bring it to me, In my eyes the perfect place to go if you Vape.

Great service. They rebuilt a tank I didn't buy from them to try to fix a weird issue. They spent 20 or 30 minutes on it, damaged the coil in the process, and replaced the coil also. All at no charge. A couple weeks later they gave me a great deal on a new mod to a replace my dead one. Their juice is good, if maybe a bit on the pricey side. Overall good service. Good service after the sale. Some are knowledgeable in all things, others just in certain things, but again, compared to other shops in this area, this one is by far the best.

Real nice people and very helpful. They took there time to explain how things work. Showed me the difference in each one. Would recommend them to anyone.

Not really great with customer service. Brought a product with recommendation from a staff member. The product stopped working so I took it back to the store where the staff member told me it was a bad product and that he never would have sold me that battery and that the unit had been discontinued. Also, that the lady that sold it to me doesn't know anything about the products there. She just mixes the juice. I then talked to the owner and he basically said too bad. So needless to say I'll spend my money somewhere else. I expect to be treated with honesty and respect. The same way I treat everybody I come in contact with. I've worked in customer service for 16 years. That's not the way you do business. I won't be back again.

I was so impressed with the knowledge the staff had on this stuff. I have had some bad experiences at a few places like "Juicy" and "Rollin" in Conyers, but never again! I found my new Vape shop.... Plus the guy working there who helped me Jason or Justin was just so FINE!!! ;)

Great prices on hardware and the people that work there are top notch!!!
