Untrustworthy

This place has awful service and incompetent employees. We had a "guaranteed" reservation with them to rent a U-haul, but when we arrived to pick it up at the reservation time the man said he let someone before us keep the truck longer. He called an hour and a half later saying the truck would be ready in an hour. We waited ANOTHER hour and no truck. When we asked when it would be back he became angry and said he wouldn't rent to us when it got back. HORRIBLE service! They completely ruined our move and disregarded our "guaranteed" reservation. 3.5 hours after we should have had a truck we were left with nothing, and had to rent a smaller truck for 3 times the cost the next day from somewhere else (as if moving isn't stressful enough). They are completely unprofessional and untrustworthy!
