The nerve of the owner to call me and complain about my review of my 2 visits. She was so rude and even screaming. I tried to explain that it was only my personal experience but it was obvious that she wasn't calling to possibly have me come back and make my experience a better one. I will never go back and would highly recommend that if anyone dares to leave a review that is not a good one, be prepared to have an angry owner call you to complain about your review. I really hope the owner changes her way of handling reviews!

This is a new grooming salon, however, the groomer Cathy Navas is now on her own. Cathy Navas used to be at Azusa Hills Animal Hospital in Covina and has relocated to this new business.
