This is the ONLY TREE Company you need to call. They are not only professional, curtious and excellent to work with their TREE Services are second to none! Thank you Derek and your outstanding crew that not only took down tons of trees you did it quick, clean and professional! Except for how outstanding our yard looks, you would never know your company was there. Great job! Recommended to everyone we know. Thank you again.

Highly recommend this company! All staff including the receptionist Kim were very nice and highly professional. They gave me a very good price for taking 3 trees down and another 12 aborvitas and grinding the stumps on the arborvitas. A++++

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Makes you chase after them, and do not return calls! Very "Un-Customer" friendly. Does not keep appointments and has an attitude thrown into the mix! AVOID! Go with ANY other contactor rather than these folks!

Highly unprofessional - no one could produce a license, the people were disrespectful, and they left a mess behind, claiming they were late for their next job. Nothing good to say about the experience.

Knowledgeable and courteous. I purchased firewood for a great price, got seasoned hard wood and was called by the driver to see if he could bring the load EARLIER!! For once it was painless and exceeded my expectations.

I had a large tree that i needed removed along with the root base. Other companies told me honestly they they couldn't get all the roots out, except the Warwick tree services inc promised they could do it so I hired them. They couldn't tell me when they were going to start or finish the job so I asked them to call the night before they started, they agreed and a week later I woke up to my tree being hacked down with no call or even knock on the door. The entire job got carried out over 3 days!!!! and they never got the roots out that they promised! They also never told me they were "finished" so I assumed they were coming back for a 4th day for the roots. A couple weeks late I got a bill for the full amount and had to take the roots out by hand on my own. I said I would not pay the full amount but I was willing to come to a fair agreement for the work that they had done. They wouldn't hear it and they hired a lawyer to make me pay the full amount plus legal fees!!!

Had great experience with East Greenwich Tree from the estimate with Mike, the communication with his office staff and with the workers who trimmed my tree. Without a doubt EG Tree was highly skilled and professional.

poor work done at my location.Never even finished the work.Call several times just to get blown OFF! Poor company has several complaintsent to the BBB.That speaks for it self.
