In spite of glitches in getting up and loaded, Julie and the guys in service got me up and rolling yesterday (20 April) and even insisted I call to make sure I got home ok. The only problem I had was getting my new travel trailer unhooked from my truck but a quick phone call to service got everything under control. I am very happy with everyone at Leach. I will recommend them to all my friends.

I have worked with Ed Leach for over 10 years and have nothing but respect for Leach Camper Sales and there service department. I have had my camper into Leach twice for winterization, just for the warrenty that they provide. As my shower head did froze and they replaced it me. The second time was to fix the shower skylite as it was cracked due to hail. They also dryed out the roof and fixed it as if it was brand new. They did an awesome job and i will continue to use them!!!! Thx Ed and Team!!

It's been a year now since my purchase of a Rockwood A128S A Frame Camper and I very pleased with the service and the friendly help I have received each time that I called or bought my camper in for repair. The service dept. has been just outstanding in listening to my complaints and worries and then took care of each and every item to my great satisfaction. Everyone at Leach has been a very pleasant experience to talk to and they all treat their customers as people, not just a number. You can be assured that my next purchase will be at Leach Camper, won't need to look anywhere else thanks to all of you.

Just wanted to say 'Thanks' to Mark in your service department. I called for an appointment today to have our 2003 Coachmen Travel Trailer looked at due to a electrical issue that was tripping the breaker at the campsite. Mark checked the book and it was going to be 3 weeks before I could get it in. He then asked me what was wrong and helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Mark suggested checking the water heater element and that was the problem and something I could fix myself. Mark offered to get me in if his advice didn't help the problem but it was right on and it's fixed now. While you didn't make any money off me this time except a $30 part, going forward Leach Camper Sales in Council Bluffs will be were I buy all my parts and have all my service done. I only hope I get Mark again when it's time for more service. Great asset to your business.

Had a wonderful experience. Visited the outdoor show at MAC checked out Camping World's units and staff was rude and unhelpful. Visited with staff from Leach's they were extremly helpful and took the time to talk and answer questions. We went that same day to look at campers at the Council Bluffs lot .Staff was wonderful and took us through a large number of units untill I found the one. The customer service was amazing. We had a gentleman from the parts department walk us through our new unit and show us how to maintain and operate EVERYTHING! I and several of my camping friends will only take our business to Leaches.

I purchased a used fifth wheel from Brad in 2007. I have been extremely happy with the great people in the parts department (Bob Saunders) and his crew do a great job. I've had work done in the service department and work was Great! My only concern was one individual in service that deals with customers appears to have no customer service people skills. I want to thank Ed. He puts on a great Open house every spring and fall. THANK YOU! Keep up the great work.

Absolutely love this place. Everyone went above and beyond to make my purchase an enjoyable experience. They were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and did exactly what they said they would do. I tried shopping local but no one offered what I was looking for. I highly recommend Leach Camper and for me, it was definitely worth the drive.

The sales/service and parts departments are all awesome. I would not buy a camper from anywhere else! Tracy has been great and service is spot on!

We got up early and drove three hours to be there when they opened, to look at a fifth wheel camper we saw on their website, only to find it wasn't exactly what we wanted, but they did have one, just like we wanted, for the exact same price. The hitch on the trailer needed modification to work with our hitch, so they made the modification in their shop and it looks as good, or better, than if it was done at the factory. When it became apparent the keys to the latch lock and deadbolt on the camper door were lost, they put in a new latch with new keys. It was all done quickly and done well and we made it home before dark. It was refreshing to deal with such professional, competent and friendly people.

We bought our Jayco Eagle from there used. When we purchased it, we knew it was as is no warranty. When you buy used from there, they offer to go through it to make sure the air conditioner, heat and fridge are in working order. When it was time to pick it up, they told us that a new water heater needed to be put in it, a new conversion panel for the fridge was needed and a new battery was also needed. When my husband asked when would be available to get it in for these services, they said it was already done! They said they did the repairs for free as a courtesy for being first loyal customers. I will not go anywhere else!

They have a huge selection of campers and camping items. Everyone is always friendly, even though we have only been looking and made no purchase as of yet. We have never been rushed. Friendly, informative and professional staff. I love going here to look around; its an all day event!

We were window shopping for a camper and had visited another dealer near by. The friendliness and knowledge of our sales person, Rich, made our visit. He helped us find the perfect camper for us without any high pressure tactics. Highly recommended!

Sales experience good and repair staff very sympathetic and helpful .

The prices are reasonable, and the GOOD people are nice, but when the work needs to be done it seems you have to tell them more then once or on how to do it. Will I go back? Yes, because I know with my guidance the work WILL get done.

Donny in the business office explained everything well and treated me right. Les (Service) showed me how to operate everything and when he didn't have an answer, he found someone who did. Edd (Owner) helped in trying to find me a truck to pull the fifth wheel. They certainly have the "team"concept down right!

Our brand new camper broke down near this dealer in February.Fortunately for us as they were awesome!!! Even the mfg. stated they were great to work with regarding warranty repairs!ESP. their service manager Mark E.!

Bought a Montana Fifth Wheel from Leach Camper Sales yesterday. The entire purchase and trade-in was handled through email and phone calls. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them!

Tracy (Sales) was a joy to work with through the whole process! Bob (Sales) answered a LOT of questions about towing and satellite options and was very helpful.

I purchased a 2015 Class C in August, the first RV I have owned so of course there were a lot of questions, I called the Salesman more then ten times with no response, Deano must of thought he made the sale didn't need to respond to questions after the sale, called service department with no help, called to speak with owner they always say here's not in, which I know for a fact that he's there. After all that if you plan on purchasing an RV don't go to Leach, Worst After The Sale Services I have ever seen

I took my fifth wheel to have routine packing of wheel bearings. They said I needed new Brake assys. then that I needed new brake drums. They ordered the drums but received the wrong ones, after killing the whole day. The next morning the service manager said the correct drums would be a week out. They installed the brake shoe assys and I hope did the bearing lube and I departed with the original drums. At my next location I paid 180 dollars to have the brakes disassembled to address the brake drum issue only to find out that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the drums. They didn't even need resurfacing. I now doubt that I even needed the new brake shoe assys. .
