Simply stated this company, although once great, as they have grown fairly large, is surely nothing but a shell of what it was made on and it is being run by a snot nosed, spoiled little child who has a serious Napoleon complex. He is a little man in an angry little world and he will make you suffer for causing waves there. Don't dare ask for better prices, don't dare ask for discounts, those must be handed out by the little angry prince and only when he feels like granting such a worthy token to those of us peasants in his little world. Save yourselves the heartache and headache and pick any of the 40 other rental places out there who will be more than happy to have your business and who do not fault you for asking for the best deal you can get. They know they are in a highly competitive field and they know what they can and cannot do within their scope.
