These cars are way overpriced. The sales people will add extra warranties on to your bill. Where there is a problem they are very rude! They will not fix any problem that is their fault. Shop around Don't get ripped off by any Edwards Dealer!

I went to Edwards in search of a SUV new or used but mainly wanted a Jeep Patriot. They had one used but listed it wrong on their website. They listed it with an automatic but it was a manual. I did however want a manual which fit perfectly. So when I went in and told them they dropped 800 dollars off the price for their error. However the price was still way over Kelly Blue Book or NADA. I constantly talked to their managers to go to NADA but they would not budge at all telling me that their at a 200 dollar loss already. So that day I left. The next trip I went to Edwards they had a 5000 "factory" dollar rebate listed on their site. I called Edwards and spoke to the manager and he told me this was true. I was sold, I went straight there and test drove the outlander sport and really liked it. Then we crunched figures and the figures were 4500 dollars over the listed price. I asked about the rebate and the manager then told me the website was wrong and would not honor the listed price or rebate (False advertising if you ask me). So I left then again. Finally I went back for another shot at the Jeep. There I spoke to Chrissy Hogan which is the best sales person there. She did everything she could to help out and made this trip a lot better. I bought the Patriot at a agreeable price. The only plus side about Edwards is the saleswoman that I spoke to. She had all the knowledge and was the friendlies out of everyone. I plan to not ever buy a car from Edwards due to how they treat customers and lie. However I would buy a car again from Chrissy Hogan if she is there or from her at any other dealer in the future. The only other thing that really bit the wallet was not telling me my vehicle had only one key after I signed the paperwork. So I ended up spending over 250 dollars for a new key.

I had excellent service from Eddie Greeno who would not even let us test drive cars we wouldn't be able to get financed for. He showed us our options that fit into our budget. He worked non stop to get us into the car that day. I highly suggest Eddie!!!!

The sales people here are terrible. Not professional and act like they could care less if they sell you a car or not. I was told several times they would contact me and never did. At one point the guy actually said " look man, you tell me if i should call you back or not". This place is a joke STAY AWAY, you have been warned.

Be very careful. Sales person tried to sell me a car with hail damage. We got the car we wanted but needed scratched taken care of, the sales person would not return phone calls, the sales manager would not return phone calls then finally had to call an owner to get the repair done - on a NEW CAR! If it's service your looking for, go some where other than Edwards Mitsubishi !

Because of the clutch that they install!!!!! After told me it was $6000 to get my car back!!! They would not show me what was broken on my car Or even write down the repairs were Or admit to what the cause of the failure was. They are crooks don't go there

They put me in a nice car but they said they did a full inspection on it yet the day I got it, I let them know the window had issues. So I told them an they said they'd fix it. So I took it to the shop and they are now wanting me to use my warranty and I have to pay my copay! Are you kidding!!!! Who does that?!?! If you say you'll fix it why am I paying for it!

Don't go within 500 miles of this place. The sales people are crooks, and they will try to switch you into a different car. The worst car dealer in the world to deal with. Their sales staff lie, their Sales managers lie they finance people lie. They will try to up the price of a car tell you your financed then 3 days later call and tell you oops no your not financed for this car, however we can get you in this lower priced car with all sorts of hail damage. WORST Car dealer in the history of mankind
