Terrible buying experience. Everything seems great until you find out they lied and then they avoid you and do NOTHING to make it right. Salesman Jason, and the customer service managers there only worry about covering themselves. They are not at all for the customer. They're just like the cliche car salesman. Lie, lie, lie to get the sale and then they're done with you. BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

They are friendly to make you buy an overpriced car. When the car has problems they are very rude. I hope customers shop around before buying from and Edwards dealer

This is JUNK. We have a nephew who works there and assured us we wouldnt get ripped off. Edwards really cheated us bad. The car broke down the next day and we were stuck with junk no help from Edwards except rude comments. please dont buy from Edwards! We dont want anyone to go through what we went through! I wish i could give a 0 rating

Having purchased at least one hundred and fifty new and used cars and trucks from coast to coast over the last fifty years, I've dealt with every kind of salesman, dealt with every kind of slick sales gimmick, and walked off ten times as many car lots because of everything I didn't like about buying or trading for a new vehicle. At Classic Chevrolet Cadillac, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, I have found a dealership that truly is the real deal. The entire Edwards Auto Group, which includes Classic, has become the most pleasant buying and service experience of my life. From the dealership owners to the service mechanics and everyone in between, Classic Chevrolet, Edwards Subaru, and Lake Manawa Nissan have been my exclusive locations for all of my vehicle needs. I could not nor would not ever consider buying or servicing my vehicles anywhere else. The entire staff has become good friends, almost like family, over the years. That kind of business relationship in today's world is worth its weight in gold. This company and all the employees are well worth Five Stars!!!

Worst buying experience i have ever had with purchasing a car! I had Jerry Bond as a salesman, i originally came into purchase a vehicle outright without a loan. Because of this they wouldn't come down on the price at all or give me anywhere near a fair price for my trade in.

They agreed to meet me closer to the price i wanted if i would agree to finance part of the truck. Then the next day when i brought my vehicle in for trade they tried taking additional money off the trade saying they had redetermined the value. I refused and was on my way out the door and they decided to "waive" those charges.

Once the truck was finally purchased i had a problem with tire pressure sensors less than a week later. Even the though the truck is a 2013 and still under warranty, they wouldn't fix it. They said the tires weren't factory and they wouldn't cover it, however its the wheels/tires they sold to me on the truck... the part was only 100$ and they wouldn't do anything to fix it. Even the aftermarket warranty i had purchased was going to charge a 100$ deductible to fix the issue. I ended up taking the truck to another local Chevy dealership and they fixed the issue under the original manufacture warranty with no questions asked and even tried to apologize on behalf of Chevy for Edwards even though they aren't at all affiliated.

The sales manager and finance director both told me its not their issue and they aren't concerned about having me as a return customer because they only like to finance vehicles anyway. verbatim. the whole experience was horrible. No one in their staff was ever on the same page, they treated me like i didn't matter the entire time i was there. They tried every way possible to get more money out of me and still wouldn't stand behind their own warranty. I will never buy another vehicle from there and would not recommend the hassle to anyone.

This is my second brand new car in 2 years with the same sales agent, Ken Johnson. He is considerate, kind and listens to exactly what it is you want. There is no nonsense. Everything went smooth. I would recommend when shopping for cars, to ask for Ken. He will take good care of you. I would also recommend that you do NOT allow others into the cubicle/office or into the conversation without Ken specifically introducing and handing you over. If this happens, you politely ask them to leave and speak immediately to Ken or the manager. Remember, the car sales business is a cut throat business and not everyone is honest or has integrity. Ken was amazing!!! My 'finance' guy, regardless if you finance or not, you WILL speak to a finance guy for all the paperwork, its just the way it is, was FANTASTIC as well. Thanks to both of them for making this another easy and smooth car buying experience!!!!

Robin Wren was awesome from start to finish I believe he had a great deal of knowledge that helped me understand the features on my Traverse I enjoyed Robin's interesting stories he did a excellent job by selling me the car with a full tank of gas before I hit the highway. The finance department was most helpful I received a great interest rate awesome job classic

Everyone was very easy to work with and helpful....no one pushed a sale on us and they tried to work as close as they could with our budget!! The Manager and Sales representative were very patient, as we had changed our mind on the car we wanted midstream. We also were not able to finish our paper work that night due to a emergency and they worked it out so we could still take the car that night. Very thankful to JT and Randy Kahl

I had a excellent time at classic chevrolet Billy Thompson was very helpful I wanted to purchase a malibu for my daughter who is a college student. The managers were very helpful in getting my payment where they needed to be thanks classic.

I was looking for a new Tahoe and was fortunate enough to meet John. He was extremely helpful in finding me the EXACT vehicle that I wanted. John pretty much spent the entire day with me making this deal possible. He knew what I wanted to pay and didn't quit working until I had my Tahoe! I previously visited other dealerships and did not feel as welcome as I did at Classic Chevrolet. They did not take the time to listen to what I wanted or put forth the effort to work with me.
