I had a great experience!!! The staff went above and beyond. I feel I was treated fairly and got great service. My car was in and out of the shop exactly when it was promised. I hope never to need their services again but if I do I would not hesitate to go back or refer a friend.

Josh spent a lot of his time laying out all of my options and educating me on what each option entailed. I can say that I went from knowing nothing about transmissions to knowing A TON! They got my Tahoe in right away and within a few days I had it back. They called with updates regularly which was great because it helped us plan when we could pick it up. When I picked it up they went through everything that was fixed and what to expect. They are honest, friendly and affordable! Exceptional Service!!!

They put a road ripper transmission in my 7.3l F-350 and it is great. It will pull anything! Lower mpg, but pulls my 5th wheel trailer up a steep climb, no problem. I would take my other truck in here if I need a transmission in it.

Had a problem with my manual shifting in a Toyota T100..Doug the manager suggested replacing my master and slave cylinder to correct the problem.. Doug and the mechanic noticed that the pivot ball on the shifting fork was worn and adviced me that it might be a problem down the road... next day the pivot ball broke off ...took the truck back to have it replaced... Doug replaced the pivot ball with a new one and corrected the problem.. it now shifts like butter... Both Doug and the mechanic were polite and had a professional workmanship matter... I would recommend certified transmission for your needs.... The T100 Guy... Thank you guys again....

The guys at this place were very helpful and informative when handling my repair. They offered me financing and truly seemed like they wanted to help "ME" as a person. Both of the technicions out in the shop were ASE master technicions, as their credentials were clearly posted along with many other certificates for each of them. I would reccomend these guys to anyone I know and happily come to them whenever I need help.
