Any bad reviews on line are from a competing company. Notice that all of the bad reviews are from dates close together and worded VERY similar. As for my employee cursing someone out, I know exactly who it was and he no longer works for the company. Once in a while any company might hire someone who is not good for the over-all purpose...which is to give GREAT customer service. I have many repeat customers. I'm sorry that someone had a "bad egg". That guy was exactly that. -Joe Connolly/Sales Manager...Windshield Specialists.

If I could... ZERO stars!!! Do NOT use this company. They will scavenge you out in parking lots, car washes, etc. They use cheap glass, and apparently don't do a great job in installing it. And have changed their names quite a few times. Just go check out RipOff Report.



I decided to go with them because they confronted me at walmart.. A few days later a representative from our ins company came to verify we needed a new windshield. My wife talked with our ins company and scheduled an appt with a company that our ins company approves. I came home and found that out- and then guy from Windshield specialists called. He gave me a short speech about how his "local buisness" would be out money, and he was afraid that would happen. I told him I'd call our ins company back and figure out something. Well before I called Windshield specialists back, my wife was looking at their website...and reviews online..



So, when I called back to tell him I was sticking with the other company - he blew up. I was cursed at, yes I did curse back. Kept getting told he was out money since I had told him to order the parts (which I never did) He also assumed I was 100% going to use them, and was throwing that in my face. I asked to speak to manager and he refused saying that his manager "didn't want to be bothered with calls".

Anytime someone asks to speak to your manager.... You better hand over the phone!



He has my address, phone #, and name... Oh joy!
