While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery®. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

This past Friday, August 14, 2009 I took my grandchildren, 7 and 5, in to have lunch and play in the Playland.....that was a mistake. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's, the place was filthy and smelled like urine. I have to say it really opened up my eyes to McDonald's. I feel like when a restaurant is FILTHY they don't care about you anymore and McDonald's has demonstrated that to me in may of their facilities. This past experience was the straw that broke the camels back. NO MORE MCDONALD'S FOR ME!!! AND ESPECIALLY FOR MY PRECIOUS GRANDCHILDREN. I would give it any stars.
