After 2 service calls still could not fix my washing machine but was still able to charge me $457.00.

When I called the call center they would not connect me to a supervisor .

They overcharge you big time. I was charged $149.00 for 5 minutes consultation on fixing my dishwasher draining issue.

efficient and knowledgeable technician did a quick diagnosis and repair and kept me in the loop as to arrival time. will definitely call them again.

very disappointing with the service , he even couldnt tell me what is wrong with the water heater , he just keep saying might be this might be that, we end up paying over 300 and still not fixex

Our technician arrived on schedule to troubleshoot our Jenn-Air electric double oven. He found soon that the temperature cycle was out of range and proceeded to calibrate the heating cycle. He was very informative of what he was doing and. The issue was resolved and we are happy with the results.

The technician arrived on time as promised. I had assumed a major repair would be necessary on my dishwasher. The technician suggested it may be a much less intrusive repair. After he started it up, he knew exactly what it was. The repair was made and we were done in a half hour.

Technician arrived within allotted time. He quickly troubleshot & fixed the problem. Very professional & courteous. Great experience.

Service Repair Technician arrived on scheduled time and was very quick to find the problem with my dryer. He was honest and direct and professional. I followed his advice and now my dryer is working like new again. No bull...real good honest advice given.....hard to find these days! Thanks Sears Appliance Repair Service!!

Technician was knowledgeable, helpful, and gave great advice. I would have given 5 stars, however, the tech arrived late, the appointment moving from a 10-2 window to 2-4 window, which caused me to have to juggle around my kids' school pickup routine unexpectedly.

I always call Sears when I infrequently need repairs. The service happened to be on my Kenmore dryer. I bought it 30 years ago and it is still in great condition. The repairman who was excellent quickly took care of my little noise problem. I hope they stay in business forever.

After being without a washing machine for 3 weeks and told by another repair company that the part needed was no longer available, the technician was able to identify the part and had it in his truck. Repairs took less than an hour and he even credited me for a digital coupon I didn't have. For $142. I wish I had started with Sears home repair.

Although we are normally happy with the maintenance agreement service and the techician's ability to repair our appliances, the last call that we made to repair our furnace was not 100% satisfactory. Normally

I would give them 5 stars, but cannot do so for this visit. The tech was knowledgeable, came on time, and got the furnace working, but the issue was a faulty thermostat, which was not covered by the maintenance agreement., costing us the cost of the part PLUS $150 for the labor. My issue with this is that the thermostat should be considered an integral part of the furnace's operation and even if it wasn't, he was already there to perform the maintenance on the contract and should not charge for the labor to change a thermostat. It took him 5 minutes to change out the part!

The technician (0661124) that repaired our oven was outstanding. He checked the oven out completely and was able to get it working again. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely call Sears again when we need service for our appliances.

1st visit diagnosed the problem with our Ice Maker in 5 minutes and had the parts ordered and replacement visit scheduled for the following week set before he left. Parts showed in 2 days and repair tech showed at 9AM as promised, took 30 minutes and was on his way. Sears is definitely the way to go with Appliance repairs out here in SoCal

Happy to be first on the route this time, and the technician, Reza, was great. It's also helpful now that they send text messages telling you when they're coming.

I agree that a 4-hr window to wait for repair tech is a long time - especially when you are last on their route. I got 2 recorded calls the day before reminding me of the appt but no more - just the technician saying he was on his way.



Rarely can I make an appt online so I have to call or do online chat. All I needed for my last service was a replacement lamp for the tv which could have been mailed to me but a repair person was sent anyway (with no lamp).



Overall the techs & contacts to make appts have been friendly & helpful.

Even Verizon has a one hour time window. It is a long to wait around for someone!



Repairman was nice, knew what he was doing. His computer would not allow him to order parts, another waste of time.



Sears has out of country phone service. Dear Sears, it was Americans that made your company successful, move the jobs back to America! These starter jobs are needed here. Bring them back to America!
