Beth Sands has been a real estate agent since 2000, starting by selling real estate in Winter Park, Colorado, and then in Southern California after relocating. She has extensive experience in selling Single Family Homes, Condominiums, Ranches, Vacant Land, Commercial Real Estate, and Second Homes/Vacation Properties. She taught first time home buyer classes and happily helped locals find their dream homes. Beth grew up in Christchurch New Zealand where her parents and family still live. She wants to stay in the States because she has 2 wonderful children - Lucas who lives in Colorado and Abby who lives in Virginia. Her priority with her clients is to give the best possible service that she can. She has owned a few businesses - a few being a Restaurant and Fitness Facility. She was a flight attendant for a few years and enjoyed flying! She is driven by helping others achieve the American Dream of home ownership like she has.
