When our well pump stopped working and we were suddenly without water, we went from our normal routine to DESPERATE in a matter of minutes. We quickly phoned Brad Jones, and actually GOT Brad himself; he was nearby, drilling a well, and sounded quite busy. He said he needed to make some phonecalls and coordinate things with his crew, and he would call us back.

And that's exactly what he did, and then he came straight to our location. Within minutes of his arrival he was in the crawl space under our house, and in less than five minutes he reappeared with a "blown" control panel in his hand. He speculated a power surge had been responsible for the failure; and, he had another unit in his truck!

Start to finish he located and repaired our pump system in about fifteen minutes, which was an enormous relief to both my wife and I. And all the while he was very amiable and good-natured, taking time to chat with us a little before heading back to his drilling project.

This guy is modest, but incredibly experienced in his trade, and he knows what he is doing. I cannot say enough good things about Brad, but I can tell you he really made our day. You will find him to be straight forward, honest, and very efficient.

This guy was great..he was right on it , looking to see what the problem was and we had the new well pump replaced the very next day..(we are still waiting for the other companies to come out and see our well pump..) Use THIS guy if you need this type of job done
