They've seen me on short notice and I appreciate that. The staff is kind, caring and really makes sure you enjoy the experience.

The entire staff here is friendly and always makes my visits relaxing, that's why I've been a patient for so long.

I worked for a dentist for 1 year. This office does a great job. I can recommend this office for your dental needs.

My experience with Cortland Dental was very good considering that I have always been afraid of the dentist. They made me feel more comfortable than others.

The doctor is extremely compassionate. Even with my stubborn kids he is able to make them calm and now they love going in for appointments

Even after just two years with Cortland Dental, I can pick up the phone and dial their number, knowing that it is manageable to get me in. Clean place, nice staff, what else could you ask for?

I had an emergency tooth ache and get me in on a Saturday! They saw my face and saw how bad I was hurting. They gave me pain killers and penicillin scripts and said they will see me again soon to take care of it completely. Great job and a great experience.

I hope people read these because if you want a nightmare bring your children here. The dentist fought with me over whether to pull teeth out of my 10 year old daughter (He wanted too, I wanted a second opinion), argued over using white filling instead of silver. My 9 year old daughter sat in her chair about 10 minutes waiting for the hygienist to come back. (She had gotten pre-occupied with talking to a co-worker and the dentist had to go get her.) really? nice Even with all of this going on my 4 children were out of there in 45 minutes. How is that possible? Paper work, got done what so ever. Look up Dentes if you want a real dentist in Cortland. That is where I took my 10 year old daughter for her second opinion and he is great with children and explaining things. He said DO NOT pull them until an orthodontist sees here 1st or you my make things worse

When I come for a visit they always ask me how I'm doing and what they can do for me. It's nice to be treated so well!

I never really cared for coming to the dentist but with Dr. Singh, there's something that makes me feel much better. I feel very comfortable with him.

No one introduced themselves or asked about if I had any concerns or specials areas of my teeth that needed gentle clear. The dentist came in and very quickly started cleaning my teeth (which HURT ME ALOT). The whole cleaning took less than 5 min!! When I mentioned I have sensitive teeth I was took to use different tooth paste and then they went back to hurting my month. I went there b/c they were cheap and now I know why!

I wish I had been able to read Naomi S. review earlier b/c I would have been better informed. I also floss everyday and my gums were also bleeding. I left the office still having spots of stain on my teeth and I know those section of stain can come off when I have had a good cleaning.

Please save yourself the trouble and expanse and don't bother with this dentist office.

This was the worst dental experience of my life. Firstly, I went in for a root canal but was told, wrongly, that my insurance wouldn't cover it so that they would have no choice but to pull the tooth. Pull it?! It is a tooth toward the front of my mouth, and can definitely be salvaged with a little dental work. I am 30 years old and far to young to have a gap in the front of my mouth. So, seeing as how I drove all that way I decided to go ahead with the offered cleaning (despite my gut telling me to bolt out of that dental chair with ripped upholstery as fast as I could). Free cleaning, how bad could it be?The dentist came in and massacred my mouth in about 5 minutes. It was the most painful, yet shortest cleaning I have ever had. He basically just shoved an ultrasonic cleaning hook thing under my gum line and ripped it around my mouth as quickly as possible. I put my hand up indicating that he stop and he kept going until I waved it. Then he was completely unsympathetic and said that he was almost done and finished me off just as roughly. I was bleeding all around (I floss every day and have healthy gums) and my mouth hurt for a whole two days afterwards. Traumatic! Save yourself a lot of pain and suffering and, if no one else will take your dental insurance, save your pennies (and your teeth!) and pay out of pocket. I'd rather live off of Ramen Noodles for a year then go back to this office EVER again.

The five star reviews are fake. There is no other explanation. I had carefully researched a dentist that would take my new state insurance and chose to drive half an hour from Ithaca to Cortland based on these false reviews. What a painful mistake! I heard about Corltand Dental through my insurance company, because I needed a place who accepted mine. I've now been here for over 5 years and I have beautiful teeth. They really care about the patient here, and how comfortable you are during your visits as well.

For the past 5 years, every check in has always been very quick and smooth. The doctors and the rest of the people there always ask how I'm doing, and seem to really care about me as a patient. I am always able to get an appointment here very easily. I have recommended them to friends and they all like it here too.

The dentists really take tie to talk to you here, which is really great. The whole atmosphere is really wonderful, and the doctors, as well as the staff are so nice and friendly to all of their patients.

I have gone here for a very long time now. They are great at their jobs and I really love th staff here. They all truly make it a comfortable place to go.

Everyone was very friendly. They all talk to you and make you feel at home. I don't even feel like i'm at the dentist when i go here

They are just really good people at Cortland Dental. I just wish they were closer to home. Though I am willing to travel the distance for the services that need to be done. These people are pretty good, and I really don't mind going at all. Thanks Dr. Singh! - Satisfied Patient
