Every time I have gone in, I have waited at the guitar counter while the employees wait on every single male FIRST, even if they have walked in the door ten minutes after I have been waiting my turn.
They also did a set up and adjusted the action on my guitar when I specifically asked them not to.
There is nothing in that store you can't buy elsewhere, with far better service.
