Took my PC in to see if I could get a price estimate for selling it, without looking up any of my specs they searched for my computer's model on eBay, there was a broken one going for $850 on eBay so they said "We can only offer you like $400" They do not know what they are talking about, do not know hardly anything about computers, do not trust them.

They can help you with just about any computer issue. They have never let me down.

I will definitely come back here if I have anymore computer problems, and knowing my computer, I probably will.

Good service. Cheap prices. Trustworthy guys who'll give it to you straight and won't sell you a lemon for a laptop.

They were able to fix and recover my PC when another place I went to couldn't. I am happy with the service and even more that I didn't lose my data!

I took the plunge and I was SO happy I went there. The problem was nothing more than accumulated dust and dirt inside the machine, and the Laptop Shop charged me hardly anything for the diagnosis and cleaning. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop.

I brought in my laptop for repair. The next day I recieved a call from them letting me know that it was ready and that it was actually going to cost a lot less, and all I actually needed was a power supply.

My wife and I have seen Dr. Matin for 2 years now. We both come from a background of horrible previous dental experiences, and were hesitant but very pleasantly surprised. Dr. Matin's office and staff are pleasant and professional, and at the same time very friendly and comforting.

These guys gave me the best customer service I've had. They fixed my two very infected units quickly and cost-effectively. You can't go wrong with them!

Thank goodness for the Laptop Shop. My computer stopped working and I took it to Best Buy and another local shop, neither place could help me fix it. They were nice about it and speculated that it must be the motherboard and it is not worth fixing. They pushed to sell me on a new one. A friend at work recommended the Laptop Shop, and low and behold they replaced my motherboard and I am up and running without having to fork out a bunch of money for a new one. I will never go anywhere else for my computer needs.

Laptop Shop recently repaired the back-light on my laptop in all of 45 min and at a very reasonable rate. I am extremely satisfied with their work - my laptop is as good as ever with a crystal clear screen! Found them through a referral and will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

I took my 2-year old laptop to Laptop Shop because it had an overheating problem. The laptop is an LG, which is an uncommon brand in the US that they never worked on, and there was no manual to be found for how to open it up. Still, they found their way in, cleaned out the vents, and applied thermal paste to the CPU and GPU. Everything was done within a few hours in the evening, so I got my computer back that night, and as a bonus the screen and keyboard had both been cleaned! I ended up paying much less than I expected too. I would definitely go back, and probably will need to at some point considering how easily laptop vents get clogged up.

I went to two different places before Laptop Shop, but these guys are super professional and provide high quality customer service... Much better than the larger operations that are all about charging a boat load of money just to look at your computer.
