This facility deserves zero stars. Unprofessional and incapable of respecting the living much less the deceased. I am heartbroken for my friends who chose to support the local business economy and were treated without compassion or dignity.

This is the most unprofessional operation imaginable. Their staff ruined the peace we felt with my mom's passing. Respect, dignity, and compassion are absent in their process. There was no privacy in our meeting, the facilities are filthy, saws and power tools were heard during the meeting, the paperwork was riddled with errors, and the timing of the process (which required an extra charge) was not honored. My sister saw someone's loved one in plain view in the back of a transport vehicle, and my father heard his wife of 44 years referred to as "the one in the box now". The whole process was disheartening and disgusting. I chose them to keep my money with a local family-owned business and it ended up being the worst decision I could've possibly made. I rated this review with 1 star because it won't let me post it with zero. Save your family the unnecessary pain and stress by going somewhere else.

This place was horrible to our family. They were cold, rude, disrespectful, and made an already difficult situation all the worse. We are heart broken already and the way our family was treated was unacceptable. The place was dirty and their service was cold hearted.

Horrible, horrible experience. They managed to make a heartbreaking situation even more upsetting. No respect or compassion whatsoever. So unbelievably unprofessional. I still can't believe it.
