The facilities are safe, warm and inviting. The dentists are competent and have put my children at ease on several occasions. The last visit, we had a hiccup with my insurance but the manager spoke with me and helped to work it out out over the course of a month. They were so comforting and willing to work with us that we will be working with them until my kids are fully grown. Thank you pediatrix!

Horrible service. Had an appointment at 8:40, we showed up at 8:10 to fill out any paperwork. We waited for two and a half hours did not get seen until 10:28. This wait time was horrible for our son. He was so anxious by the time we got called back he cried and the dentist got frustrated because she had to wait for him to calm down. Never going to this place again.

The only reason we switched dentist was because my previous on stopped taking my insurance. This place greets you with a smile and they personable with kids, but there is only one dentists that I have seen for the days workload. That being said, it took about 2.5 hours from the time we walked in to get into the procedure room. My child has still not been seen by the dentist. For all I know the medication they have him at 9 am has worn off. Very, very disappointed. I had to ask someone how much longer it would be. While I understand things can happen that may cause delays, I feel the dentist should schedule time for such events.

Dr Rojas and her staff are extremely professional and friendly. They put my child's anxiety to rest and had the upmost patience. Dr Rojas is very precise in explaining procedures and routine care. I especially love that she took the time to comfort me when I brought my 18 month old with an injury. She placed no judgement and attended to him tenderly.

The staff at Pediatrix is very personable. If this crew isn't attentive and personal then I am lost for words. The moment you enter the facilite you understand the attention of detail that has gone into the experience of visiting this practice. My kids ask me when we can go back, that basically tells you how comfortable the kids feel at Pediatrix.

After the 3rd visit , I decided this dentist wasn't a good choice. Very EXPENSIVE and not personal.

We were greeted with smiles, and my child was seen in a timely fashion. While my child was being served by the hygienist and other staff, he and I were talked to in an appropriate and friendly manner. We received professional and courteous care. We will definitely be back to Pediatrix Dental.
