You shouldnt have to sit in a waiting room for hours wondering if youll get the care you need. But unfortunately thats a standard in America. It shouldnt be.Our company was started by two young clinicians who met in the urgent care industry and saw an opportunity to disrupt it. Our founders saw firsthand how people cringe when they sit in dingy waiting rooms all day or how frustrated people get when theyre already in pain and greeted at a front desk with zero empathy. Throw in a 5 minute overly rushed visit with a physician, and most leave wondering what care they even received in the first place. When care lacks compassion, empathy, reliability and efficiency, people lost faith in their providers.
