Bodine Scott came to our townhouse at 6 o'clock this evening, got on the roof, and said the fan motor was burned out and they don't have that motor but would see about getting it on Tuesday.
I called Alan Clower, who said "why don't you call my air-conditioner people who take care of all my rent property and my own townhouse, Gray AC.?"
He gave me their number (361-855-8788); I called; Bill Gray picked up the phone; I told him what the problem was and what the motor size was I needed.
He said "let me see if I can find a used one tonight to get you through the night."
Long story short...They found new one and two men came and installed
at 9:45 pm...Sunday, July 3, 2016.
