I have been here twice. Once was during a busy weekend, and the other time was on a Thursday at a non-peak time. I have ordered orange chicken for my husband and kids and pepper steak for myself both visits. When we went during the weekend the food was hot, fresh, and just great! However, when we went during noon-peak time the food was not so good. My husband knows the difference between fresh chicken and older chicken. The orange chicken seemed a little older. I think they should make food to order during the week so you have the same, consistent flavor every time you eat there.
