This is a review for paradise bay apartments
When i came down here i found out paradise bay apartments was in the slums,And it was advertized as paradise . Punks were smoking weed and running through the walk ways at night screaming . Paradise bay is not a travel destination . The ac broke and froze up the first day . Every time i took a bath it flooded the downstairs neigbors house and they Thugs& wanted to fight . I had to leave, i told them i was not happy , and this will not due . They ruined my credit and kept a $400 deposit .
Paradise bay is an old apartment unit, That is falling apart . If you want a nice stay in corpus christi for low rent , I suggest the wharf on the island, The island is the only nice area for a getaway

My husband and I lived there from August 2012-December 2012, we moved out due to financial difficulties and job opportunities in another city. When we moved out we left a forwarding address and contact information with staff, but never received any kind of notices we owed a balance. Not it's in collections, we are being harassed over this balance.

I have lived in paradise bay or now it's called Marbella apartments, for almost a year now. I started in a studio and moved into a two bedroom. Since I have moved I have had nothing but problems with disgusting small roaches that do not die no matter how many times they send someone out to spray. They are everywhere including in my bed every once and a while and I'm amazed because when it comes to house keeping I am spotless. When I turn on my kitchen light they scatter. I also have a had a problem with mice which is unacceptable because I am expecting a baby in less then two months and I still have a 2 year old who gets into everything. I found a syringe in the top of my closet when I moved into my New apartment that bee painted over when they "fixed" the apartment to be lived in. When I told the manager she offered to have someone clean my apartment for me as if that were the issue. And she simply threw it away. The office staff are completely lazy and never return phone calls. When I moved into my two bedroom my master bedroom did not have a door and I called every few days for them to come put one and it took almost two months to put in a simple door. I left a bag of trash on my front porch (that I planned on taking to the trash shortly after as I am 7 months pregnant) and a friend I put on my emergency contact called me and said someone from my apartment complex called her and was extremely rude threatening to charge her 25$ for each bag of trash. This is amazing because I never got a phone call and when I called them the women in the office was completely rude about it. They shut off the water for hours on end some days with no notice and multiple times it has happened while I played to do laundry in their washers. So if you enjoy a ghetto, roach, mice and sometimes maggot infested, over priced apartment complex then Marbella is the place for you. If I could give them zero stars I would. It has been a nightmare since day one.

I am a resident who is not renewing their lease based on the poor attitude and rudeness I have experienced from Adam, I wish y'all luck on finding an apt but warn you to NOT go to Adam if you are going to lease at paradise please go to Mari she is amazing and helpful unlike Adam, if budget is a concern try dolphins landing Cindy is amazing as well there

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE ! If you want your personal information being used after you had not lived there over 11 years ago and you know for certain that you left on a very good note and you want your credit tainted by Paradise Bay Apartment and they tell you you have to fix it on your own. Then don't live here ever, they give you a number to call so you can dispute it and when you call and they have no info on your then somethings wrong, the it is put on in the county court with out you knowing is what they like to do. All they do is find someone who had lived there that was in good standings with them and put it on you because the previous tenant was a loser so they just pass the buck to you . Customer Service their sucks cause they don't want to waste there time, so pass on this place A.S.A.P. This place dose not deserve a star ever.
