This company would do a lot better if they let go of the very rude phone lady Barbara? They need to drop her. Like stat. She loses them business. She is a horrible human being. Complete rude to my disabled wife, saying how at least she actually went to work today. My former sears warranty brought this company out and I canceled the warranty all together after dealing with these jokers. They work on their schedule not yours. Don't miss work waiting for these people to show up.

They have a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They seem to carry a huge inventory of parts and offer prompt service.I definitely recommend Tru-Way Appliance.

Had the part I needed only bad part is they are cash only. But they still had what I needed thats what counts
