I recently recieved a pair of sandles from here for my birthday. They werent what i asked for nor did they fit right so i got the receipt and went back to exchange them for 2 pairs of the ones i wanted. The cashier was poliet but the girl who was rather young was extremly rude. She refused to return them at first because she said i had worn them when i clearly hadnt. She then said that i couldnt return them for the ones i wanted because one pair of the ones i wanted were cheaper then the ones i was returning, although i wanted two and no where does it say that it is a product or product return. after arguing ith her she finally agreed but then said they didnt have my size even though i was looking at them. i finally gave up exchanged them for the exact same ones just smaller and was thinking i would come back the next day to get the ones i wanted. She refused to give me back my reciept and tore it up. They need to stick to their policies and get people that have manners. For a place that just got back into business they sure do act like they dont want customers to come in.
