Palm Beach Tan on Magnolia & Ontario in Corona, CA is unprofessional. Do Not use this tanning place! I'd signed up, had 1 tanning session and decided to cancel my contract with them. They told me I'd have to speak with their manager. Manager not available but called me 2 days later. I missed call but phoned again. Manager unavailable, left message. Calls not returned. I go into facility and am told by manager it wasn't her I received call from originally (but it was because I wrote down her name). I wanted them to sign a letter stating I'd been in to cancel account. They refused to even accept letter. I said, "I want to cancel my account." Manager said, "We have forms for that." I asked for one and was told by same manager I couldn't have one until I paid off my account. They had billed me for a 2nd month! I told her American Express was handling that. They did NOT reply to American Express's inquirey and therefore lost the extra month they were trying to bilk from me. Warning!!! Do NOT use this facility! They are dishonest and unprofessional.and have a snotty attitude. I never raised my voice or spoke sarcastically to them. I am older than those running the facility and have more common sense. I would NEVER reccomend them to anyone. I've been a manager of people myself and would fire anyone with that attitude, they'd cost me clientle and money not to mention a good reputation within my community.
